In the past we had customers that you can call and ask questions regarding their experience using our shower stalls. Unfortunately these customers requested that we discontinue having people calling them for shower stall references.
The reasons they refused to be called are:
They would be called all hours of the day, the caller was not knowledgeable or the time zone the customer lived in.
The caller would leave a message to be called back causing the customer the expense of a long distance call.
The caller would be called at work causing problems with their employer.

I bought a shower stall for my mother who is an invalid. Her illness has her confined to the lower floor of her house. Consequently, she has been unable to take a real shower for months. She was absolutely delighted with it. In fact, she liked it so much she didn't want to come out of the shower. I have noticed a big difference in her outlook. So although it took a long time to get my order filled, it was worth the wait. Thanks for making such a product available. I am sure it would make a big difference in many invalids lives.

Thanks for the easy set up. The OS-1 converted one of our Bathrooms into a shower. Had it up and showering in just over an hour.
