Shower Anywhere Warrenty Policy
The shower stalls have a 10 year warranty.
The Automatic Drain Assemblies have a three year warranty.
The Portable Commode Chairs have a five year warranty.
The Bed In Bed has a five year warranty.
Shower Anywhere Product Return Policy
All return requests must be made within 5 calendar days upon receipt of the purchased items. Before any product can be returned please call 800-992-2055, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or
fax 951-694-3421 to request a Return Goods Authorization ("RGA"). We will evaluate your request and make a determination to approve or deny the request within 1 business day. If your request is approved , you will be given an RGA number.
All returned items are to be shipped back freight prepaid at the buyers expense, unless Shower Anywhere has approved other arrangement in writing. Your RGA number will only be valid for 10 days, therefore returned merchandise must be shipped within the ten day period.
For parts that are under warranty and have to be replaced, Shower-Anywhere will replace the part at no cost to you. We will ship you a new part including a UPS return shipping label. The part being replaced must be returned to Shower-Anywhere using the return UPS shipping label. Your account/credit card will be charged for the replacement part. Upon receiving the returned part Shower-Anywhere will credit your account/credit card.
Shower Anywhere will replace any item is under warranty that has not been modified or damaged by the user. Shower Anywhere will inspect all returned merchandise to insure it meets these criteria.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned in the original boxes that have not been opened.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned in the original boxes that have been opened. Additional charges will be made for all parts that are missing or damaged due to improper packaging.
Used Shower Stalls, Commode Chairs and Bath in Bed cannot be returned.
Custom products cannot be returned.
Returned merchandise must be returned to Temecula, CA. Reference the RGA number on the outside of the package.

Shower Anywhere Freight Damage / Freight Shortage Police
Damages in Transit/Claims - Please inspect all shipments thoroughly for damage before accepting from carrier. When damage is found, note those exceptions on the delivery bill or lading or refuse the shipment. If no exception is made at the time of receipt, Shower Anywhere has no recourse with the carrier. Do not hesitate to call if you require our assistance
Claims for shortages must be made with Shower Anywhere within 48 hours after receipt of goods. Missing parts will be shipped 2nd day air via UPS. All claims for concealed damage must be made with Shower Anywhere within 24 hours after receipt of goods. Please inspect all shipments thoroughly for missing or damaged parts.
